Career path reflects a strong focus on business and finance. After attending law and finance school in March 1994, he joined Kawaguchi Accounting Office, where he gained valuable experience in the field.
In April 2000, he moved to Omori Accounting Office, quickly rising to the position of Head of Consulting Department by May 2000. Saito's entrepreneurial spirit emerged in 2011. He left Omori Accounting Office in August and joined Akinai Co., Ltd.'s Business Management Department in September.
By May 2012, he had taken the leap to establish his own company, H&M Support Co., Ltd. After a successful period building the company, Saito sold H&M Support in October 2016. This sale marked a turning point, leading Saito to found Fine Eco Solution Co., Ltd. in November 2016 and become its CEO. This shift in focus towards sustainable solutions highlights Saito's commitment to making a positive environmental impact through innovative technology and clean energy initiatives.
